Institutional Unit Empowerment
School Staff Training under HSGA Telangana focuses on empowering teachers and coordinators with the knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities required to effectively manage Scout and Guide units within educational institutions. These programs are designed to transform educators into capable unit leaders who can guide students through structured scouting activities.
The training includes comprehensive development in unit management, leadership skills, and camp organization, enabling staff to plan, execute, and supervise activities such as camps, community service programs, and skill-based training sessions. Teachers are trained in discipline management, student engagement, safety protocols, and activity coordination, ensuring a well-structured and impactful learning environment.
Additionally, the program equips coordinators with practical experience in camp management, outdoor training, first aid supervision, and team-building exercises, helping them foster leadership and teamwork among students. This ensures that schools can effectively implement scouting programs aligned with NEP 2020’s experiential learning approach, promoting holistic student development.
